Complete BOM appendix #27

Things like Superlube, IPA, and squaring tools need to be on the BOM as a "you should have this on hand" section. Other items that are measured in distance and area need to be included, as well.

Nothing surprising turned up during the disassembly process. Likely will continue to keep things like lubricants and zip ties in the appendix list. Heat shrink tubing is probably overkill to count.
