Chikaris should move with octave shift #405

When a trajectory is shifted by an octave, the associated chikari should come with it.

easiest way, but less efficient, would be to just redraw all chikaris whenever you octave shift a traj. How does this work for just redrawing a traj? Do they all get redrawn, or just the relevant ones?
