Error on notification server: Friendly name changes too rapidly #177

When using pidgin-musictracker 0.4.20 with Pidgin 2.6.2 on Windows XP /
Vista or 7, together with Songbird and LiveTweet, I keep getting this Error
and get signed out of my WLM/MSN Account.

This appears to happen, when i change tracks faster then usual.

At the moment, musictracker will change the status message/now listening at 
most once per 15 seconds.

Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing how fast MSN's servers will allow the 
the status message to change (possibly we wish to avoid triggering some flood 
prevention which checks the rate of status updates averaged over some period of 
time)

It might be worthwhile to make the update interval configurable as suggested in
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=463914

Can you quantify how long you have to spend skipping forward tracks before this 
problem occurs?
