Suport for ID666 Tags used by .spc files under Winamp using the Alpha-II SPC Player Plugin #247

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Playing any .spc file will result in status just being blank.

What version of musictracker are you using? What version of pidgin are you
using? On what operating system? 4.22 on Windows Vista

What mp3 player are you using? Winamp

What IM protocol(s) are you using? Pidgin - Msn, Yahoo, Aim

Please provide any additional information below.
