Run out of RootFS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run through all three steps
2. Root runs out of space
3. Java cannot install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 Due to the root only having about 1 GB of space and 200 MB free, Java cannot install on my C7

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I have 1.2GB on my hp chromebook 14 in / (/dev/root) mount filesystem. It is 
chock full too. I cannot complete the java install on my system either.
