JMM Server crashes on Windows 8.1 #499

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch JMM Server
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normal launch, instead JMMServer stopped working dialogue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest. Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Centre x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
It started happening after my update to Win8.1.
Log of crashes included.

Uninstalled server, resintalled, still crashing. Log attached.

Event viewer gives the following (btw, I also reinstalled directx, but no help):

I think the issue was caused by D3DOverrider.
