As mentioned by bertkoor it's possible to mark a name with an asterix to show bold:
Donald* John Trump Willem Alexander* van Oranje.
This works fine in the default webtrees theme (although it's underlined instead of bold), but not in rural.
Can you add this feature to your theme?
