Hourglass chart - Cannot scroll on the left when chart is overflowing #38

Bug reported by P. Glize.

When the hourglass chart overflows the frame, it is possible to scroll horizontally towards the right, but it is not possible to scroll to the left, and that part of the chart is not reachable.

The same issue exists on the Pedigree chart when it overflows.
