How can i extract a corrupted (nandroid .img) file? #10

I have a data.img file from a nandroid backup which contains a very important 
file but unfortunately the file seems to be corrupt.

I can't extract them with unyaffs
>unyaffs.exe data.img
read image file
: Bad file descriptor
read image file
: Bad file descriptor

How can i extract it anyway? Please help!
