Objective

Most calculations assumes a full set of 12 months of data
this tool is rendered useless until 12 months have been tabulated
we should be able to run this at any point throughout the year and be able to provide calculations from YTD

After closing out #31 , this may not actually need to be worked on. Will experiment with different sample datasets to see if this issue exists.
