Add AutoConversion to "Other" #24

Description

If secondary category fields are left blank in the dataset, automatically assign the label "Other" to the item so we don't have "nan" showing up in fields: e.g Income Side Gig 120.00 06/01/2023 Income Consulting project
Convert to: Income Side Gig 120.00 06/01/2023 Income Other Consulting project
