Expected behavior
Windows should stay the same as before when running step 1 first.
Current Behavior
Background of windows are getting blurred even the windows which opacity is set to 100% (like Chromium)

Focused windows is konsole/btop. Before i3 reload after i3 reload
When reloading the picom.conf everything goes back to normal (saving the picom.conf file). Also when closing a window and reopening it, it also goes back to normal.
