Use restarts + activation-based search #68

Turning on free search usually does more harm than good, but maybe it's helpful if coupled with restarts?

Still found the same result: adding restarts + activity-based search just slows things down; can still survive if use geometric restart scheme, but otherwise even previously-passing word sets fail
