Hi Dr. Cullen,

I was wondering if there is a config.yaml file for Fca126_mat1.0 reference genome?

Hi there! I've been trying to locate the cat container so ended up rebuilding using sequence names (eg chrA1, chrA2, etc.) and will make publicly available. With this public container, I was going to include new one_wag and many_wags config files.

Are you done aligning and haplotype calling (one_wag)? If so, I will keep the original Fca126 config available in a subdirectory along with a many_wags config. I will get this all organized and post here when done.
