Alert clicking #27

Upon clicking an alert FOR SINGLE ALERTS (not grouped!):

A GUI should pop up for the player

The following actions/views should be available in the GUI:

  1. View violation levels
  2. View notes
  3. View local violations
  4. Cancel autoban if being autobanned

...

for grouped alerts: a GUI will be available to view individual alerts, which upon clicking, will open this menu
