Help command should reject extra parameters unless it displays the help for the individual commands.

typing "Help + " should be rejected.

This was addressed in the UG. This is the correct behaviour.

As mentioned, although bugs are "mentioned" in the UG does not make it NOT a bug.

Extra parameters should be handled as incorrect inputs. Else there is no point for a validation to begin with.
