Allow setting the language to English #82

Github's website is only available in English, so the user should be able to see everything in the same language, independently of his locale.

:+1: to this It's really weird to see a UI in French for a service that only exists in English. I know the Play Store (as well as other mobile app stores) encourages developers to localize their apps, but in this case it's probably a bad idea.
