Document groups for services in AttributeProvider::group_end #133

After reading the TODO here, I ended up looking in the BLE specification for information on groups, and thought I'd stick it in here for future readers.

I'm not completely confident in my understanding here, so it would be great if you could check this against what you know. I've also not documented characteristics, as I don't entirely understand them yet - hoping that's alright as this is at least some more documentation?
