I got the file in the downloads pane to install with just a tiny change to the manifest file in the archive to allow installation in TB 16.*..
So, changing the source to reflect this would be handy.
However, I did have to manually unpack and direct the plugin to the pennypost.jar file, so if there's a way to install that automatically, it doesn't appear to work out of the box.
