Update: Put WriteDataSet into own class. #104

Update: Replaced if-else with switch to make code easier to read and maintain. Update: Open/Create and Save Spreadsheet got own functions and are inserted into another place to separate IO Operations from memory operations.

Sieht ok aus. Nur eine Sache zu #region das wird eigentlich ungern benutzt. Mir ist es egal, wenn du es gerne nutzt kannst du das machen. Viele sagen sauberer Code braucht das nicht. https://softwareengineering.stackexchange.com/questions/53086/are-regions-an-antipattern-or-code-smell
