Notification tab forces full-height window

Minor issue after updating to 3.16.0.0, when navigating to the Notification tab, the window gets forced to full-height. Since maximize button and resizing are disabled there's no way to change it. No problem on General nor in Advanced Options. My display is 1366x768 if that helps

I had to increase the window height to accomodate for additional settings. I will try to improve the window layout to make the window less tall again
