Garmin account not supported but present

Hello,

First of all, thank you for this application ! I have a Garmin but it is not possible to set the Garmin account as it is mentioned at https://github.com/jonasoreland/runnerup/wiki/Synchronization-with-external-providers

Why the Garmin account is still present in the list ? Is it possible to remove it from the list to avoid ambiguity ?

Note: of course, it isn't a major point :-) !

It's left by design, maybe in the future it will be possible to reenable it

I tried to configure a WebDAV account hosted on my personal Nextcloud server but it doesn't work. The WebDAV account doesn't appear in the list even if it is configured. I really don't know why ? Is it due to my device (Android 7, Blackview, ...) ? If you need more information and/or I create a ticket, let me know. Otherwise, it doesn't matter, it is just for information. Best Regards

Garmin and some other are disabled by default, they are not only visible if they are configured or disabled accounts are shown.

The accounts are there so someone with interest could reenable them or use the code to add other services, easier than to start from scratch.

Garmin will never be reenabled ($5000 to get access), I am not aware if any of the other can be resurrected. Facebook is probably dead too. These (at least) should be removed.

For the enabled services, Endomondo will die next year and official access to Runalyze has been removed some years ago, so upload may be lost too.

WEBDAV is enabled, so it should always be visible. The URL for WEBDAV is a little special. With https://cloud.tab.digital/ I use https://emma.cloud.tab.digital/remote.php/dav/files//runnerup

5000$ !!! They are afraid to be face to a better application :-) And others services are no longer supported :-( --> long life to Open Source application :-) A personal webserver will be welcome. On Nextcloud, they are some plugins to import Gpx files. I don't know if these plugins are able to exploit heart pulses ?

I am not aware of any plugins to Nextcloud or any other WebDAV providers.

https://quantified-self.io/dashboard seem OK as an open source alternative, but you have to upload .tcx manually Runalyze is good and supported in RU but no longer open source.
