Following discussion with the graduate committee (copied here), your interview will occur on Tuesday February 13th, at 4pm in ECSW 3.375. (20th now)
The format will be the same as before: 20 minutes for a teaching demonstration, and 20 minutes for questions from the committee. Questions may be technical about your lecture, or general about your interest and philosophy of teaching.
The committee will then meet privately for another 20 minutes. A decision and feedback (if pertinent) will be communicated to you via email.
Your assignment is: Give an introduction to second order systems, including the time response to a step input, and an example of an engineering system that has second order behavior.
We will make no enforcement on the method of delivery (board, ppt, etc.). We will listen to what you prepare.
