Flexible way to use bundle on evn, where xprof extension is not installed

I suggest close #72 and apply this pull request.

For now it is true, if it will be false by default - there is will be BC break.

On my mind better to keep BC

@jonaswouters but it is up to you, if you think better to have false, I will make false. For me personally it is doesn't matter
