No active package get_cli for MacOS & make all the file Read only #231

MacBook Pro M1 Flutter (Channel stable, 3.10.5, on macOS 13.3 22E252 darwin-arm64, locale en-US) Get_Cli version : 1.8.4

when I run : get --version => No active package get_cli.

its only works with sudo get --version.

also when I run, sudo get init for a flutter project, it makes whole application Readonly.
