5.5.0. and 5.4.0 example code reference a dist folder #289

In 5.3.0 and earlier there was a dist folder that contained the .js and .css output of the library.

The example projects are still referencing that but it is missing.

This also seemingly means the self hosted option in the README is no longer valid.
