Docs improvement #24

The following changes are made to the docs

Deployment has been completely deleted. It might be worth adding at some later point. If someone starts asking about it I will add a more django specific documentation for this. It's worth noting that deployment doesn't differ anymore than for a django-channels project.
Server-side callbacks in reflex do not exist in sockpuppet and is thus removed from the docs. I'll consider adding that to sockpuppet if someone asks for it.
Deleted a pattern with long-running reflexes. Certainly doable, but I would need to test something like that out before committing it to the docs.
