Update broccoli-sri-hash minimum version. #12

Fixes caching issues reported in https://github.com/ember-cli/ember-cli/issues/5110.

Just waiting on Travis to confirm all is well here, then I'll release as 1.2.0 and update ember-cli's minimum version.

Failing even after changes in https://github.com/jonathanKingston/broccoli-sri-hash/pull/11 due to https://github.com/jonathanKingston/broccoli-sri-hash/issues/12.

AppVeyor failure is due to configuration issues, will fix separately.
