Align with nightly changes #13

Icons now look very wrong now that Nightly has moved the sidebar icons.

Lets wait a few days for that to settle to update:

As part of these alignment changes. I should drop the margin of the containers and also increase the tab padding by 2px as mentioned in https://github.com/jonathanKingston/sea-containers/issues/26#issuecomment-306789357

Add 1px faint border between tabs also.

border-block-end: 1px solid #e2e2e2;

The centre point of both favicon and X should align to the icons above. The pinned tabs has too much left padding.
