Sometimes images don't properly delete.  Sometimes images get left on the
server when their database entries are removed.  So we throw together a
script that will crawl the image directories to try to match files and
displayed the orphaned ones for deletion.

Processor heavy possibilities and will likely be an in-house tool but could
be a useful script to someone?
