Switch TL, TQL, edit post to templated versions #43

I've already committed an initial version of TQL as of revision 79. 

Editpost shouldn't be too bad.  I have to hold off on TL until we figure
out what's going on with the database.

I want to separate presentation from logic as much as possible, and this is
a good step towards that.

Two ambiguous errors in SQLite are all that stand between this issue and the 
"Fixed"
tag.  I'll look into it tonight after I buy new skates (this is my blog now)
