As a student or faculty, I want to see when a parking spot will become available in the parking lot closest to my class #5

Acceptance Test:

  1. Get on the web app
  2. login using your username and password
  3. Pick the parking lot that is closest to your class
  4. See if the parking lot has free spots
  5. If the parking lot has no free spots then check the timer for a spot that would be free soon.
