MPTT for Jelly? #121

Not really an issue but I was wondering if theres a MPTT module for Jelly? If not, anyone have plans for one?

It will eventually be included as a behavoir. no time scale for when that will be ready though but should be before 1.0. There will hopefully also be a ClosureTable behavior too which has many advantages over MPTT.
