Table Spacing #3

Column spacing in truth tables appears inconsistent when a bold font is used. See section 3.2, p.47, for examples. Column spacing may even be inconsistent in some cases where font weight is consistent, for example see page 48.

Bolded text in tables was using \Large for font size. Reverted to regular size.
