Better error message when failing to parse ~/.aws/credentials #71

If your ~/.aws/credentials file has been generated from a different tool, you may get this unhelpful error message:

ERROR [oktaws]: Custom("data did not match any variant of untagged enum ProfileCredentials")

Parsing of credentials files should be handled better as of 0.17.0
