Fix the juice box so that it works perfectly

@Bennettstokes said that many of the cords on the Juice Box don't work unless you fiddle with them. We should fix this so that every cable is neat, only comes out a short distance, and charges awesomely.

• We have a ton of USB cables, so any cable that doesn't work should be thrown away and replaced.
• We should be able to have 2.0A or 2.4A chargers for every cable, so that they all charge any device sufficiently. If we need other chargers, find what we need on Amazon and send a link--not a description, but a link to a product page--to @jonathanstokes in Slack.
• Not sure if this is necessary, but in case it helps: We have a cable tester that can probably be adapted to work on USB cables.

I found several different options for improving the juice box, my favorite of which was the Udoq, linked below. https://youtu.be/STt_oNOu11E However, in order to accommodate the number of devices we have, the price would be astronomical. Like at least $250.

Instead of that, I have found a more standard charging dock for about $65, which seems to be the move because it has 10 charging ports, 2 of which are quick-charge 3.0. To ensure that cables are not all over the place, I have also found some retractable USB cables that I think would work pretty well.
