Kitchen faucet does not swivel properly #67

The fix probably involves loosening the nut from under the counter, and possibly lubricating both sides of the rubber washer (above the counter) with petroleum jelly.

@Anjr0o took this apart and said there was nothing to fix. We have to either file a warranty claim again, or buy a replacement faucet. Marking this blocked until we move on that.

Fixed by replacing the faucet.
