Repair the log step leading to the Ga-ga ball pit #84

The middle step leading up to the Ga-Ga Ball pit is loose, which is a tripping hazard. The log (or a different log) should be 'reseated' by digging it in or otherwise securing it.

We should be careful not to obstruct the channel where water needs to be able to drain.
