Create t directory and split test.pl #5

Hello

I reorganized tests to several files in t subdirectory. I moved test.pl in example subdirectory I updated README, Makefile.PL and MANIFEST to reflect changes

Looks good, will test later, also will be setting up a travis-ci smoke.
