Polyfill console? #71

A true polyfill isn't possible, but something like console-polyfill makes a lot of sense.

@matthewwithanm this isn't a polyfill, so I'd be very reluctant to accept it. If you have console calls in your code having them be silent probably isn't the best outcome in any production use case.

This repo isn't maintained, so no further followups will be posted on this thread. Work is now focused on the FT fork at http://github.com/financial-times/polyfill-service.
