Carthage Support #221

When trying to build with carthage, I'm seeing the error Dependency "JTCalendar" has no shared framework schemes.

Hi @jonathantribouharet I'd appreciate it if you take a look at #362

I'm using your control in my project. So far it works from my fork, I'm seeing that your Travis-CI fails 'cause it's using xctool instead of xcodebuild

I just merge the pull request and release a new version, hopping it will fix your bug (I didn't test).
