Description
On web page header does not allow you to highlight in order in inspect code.
Expected Behavior
Be able to highlight header to use inspect to alter header
Actual Behavior
The entire column highlighted and you had to click on hover toggle to go to another page in order to inspect to change code or title of article
Steps to Reproduce Issue
Go to Newyorktimes.com
Hover over title of article while on home page
Then before you click on it try and highlight it to use inspect later
