[x] Open LOD Home Page
[x] Pictures are not showing temporarily (2 in middle of page)
[x] There should be a Nav Bar on the top with Home, History, Rules, Hall of Fame, Teams
[x] Clicking a nav bar link should take you to the corresponding page
[x] Hovering the Teams should drop down a menu with Teams
[x] Clicking Team name in Dropdown menu should take you to corresponding team page
[x] There should be a Standings list on the right hand side with each team listed
[x] Teams should highlight when hovered by cursor
[x] Clicking on a team name in Standings should take you to that team's page
[x] An LOD 2020 logo should appear bottom right
[x] Near the bottom, 12 team logos should be arranged
[x] Clicking a logo should take you to the corresponding team's page
[x] The bottom of the page should have a sliding ticker with League News/Info

[x] There should be a Nav Bar on the top with Home, History, Rules, Hall of Fame, Teams

[x] Hall of Fame should begin on a landing page with image
[x] User should be able to access the next page by clicking the handle on the image
[x] Clicking the handle should navigate user to Hall of Fame page with numbers
[x] There should be a Nav Bar on the top of 2nd HoF page with Home, History, Rules, Hall of Fame, Teams
