Update the preview to use Svelte #18

I have updated the html to use Svelte, which should allow for easy extension in future.

Features:

Now uses Svelte with no other dependencies for a minimal footprint
Prefer-dark-mode
Reactive resizing of the font
Hideable CSS code
Smaller code footprint
Emoji favicon
Sticky header

Thank you for the effort!

I'm going to close this as it looks like it adds complexity to what is a basic HTML page for no real benefit - the Solbera fonts are not going to substantially change or be extended over time.

Svelte is a compiler and adds minimal complexity. This also adds several QoL features that are missing.
