Produce NPM package with various font formats and stylesheets #24

Having all formats - eot, svg, otf, ttf, woff, woff2 available is useful. No need to look for them on the Internet.

NPM is the most used way to maintain web projects. Free build and distribution from a publisc package registry.

This is based on #23.
