i have tried downloading Super Mario maker file multiple times but it doesn't decrypt! i have tried it with paper Mario (virtual console version) , and it worked but it still doesn't work with Wii U titles. I've tried reinstalling still no luck. there are no error messages so i don't know if i should include a log. :(

Having same problem. Does anyone know how to decrypt manually? Already tried with cdecrypt.exe in the downloaded folder but it's asking for two files, one tmd which is included in the folder and one cetk which is not there. Maybe that's the problem...

Edit: I found that the ticket was not downloading from Nitendo's servers so you have to replace the ticket file with these https://web.archive.org/web/20180729161446/http://wiiu.titlekeys.gq/ (eShop/Application = Main game, Patch = Update) Then you have to decrypt the files manually. Not a big deal just open cmd in the downloaded folder and type cdecrypt title.tmd title.tik. Then delete all the files except the 3 folders.

Could the hosts workaround for wiiu.titlekeys.gq be a potential solution? I'll check it out later.
