Add course filters to interface #1

Add the ability to filter the courses and offerings using different parameters. Some ideas include:

[x] Active: only courses with offerings.
[x] Available: only offerings that are not full or in progress.
[x] Location: Burnaby, Downtown, Aerospace, Marine, Annacis Island, Online
[ ] Day of week
[ ] Part-time: Only offerings scheduled in the evening or on weekends.
[ ] Status: Sneak Preview, Available, Full, Seats Available
