Updates for Cinnamon 2.0 #22

Cinnamon 2.0 is officially released.

As far as I know the only updates required to the feeds applet will be the removal of the "Settings" entry in the context menu, since Cinnamon 2.0 automatically adds an equivalent "Configure" entry. In order to maintain compatibility with Cinnamon < 2.0 in the meantime, we could make the inclusion of this menu item conditional on the version of Cinnamon.

SHA: 4b2e65c contains the correct fix (SHA: 1d58ffa contained duff code written last thing at night :sleepy: )
