Possible future Mac OS X ARM support target #1686

Apple may switch to ARM for future Macbooks and hardware.

Perhaps DOSBox-X can use the already existing ARM support code to match when it happens---perhaps the existing ARM/ARMv8 code already working with Windows surface devices and Raspberry Pis.

If possible, I may set aside a small budget to pick up an ARM based Macbook in the next year. --Jonathan C.
