Windows 98 Crashes after Booting #2613

i installed Windows 98 in Dosbox-X, currently at hardware detection phase, it rebooted, and i booted into c.img again, and now it crashed image

if you want to know how i installed it, here is how i did:

  1. made a fixed 750Mb VHD and mounted it as drive C 2.mounted Windows 98 CD as Drive D 3.Booted into my custom MS-DOS 6.22 Bootdisk 4.used FDISK and Created Fixed Disk 5.booted in MS-DOS Bootdisk again, formatted drive C: , executed Windows 98 setup with these parameters setup.exe /nm /is and setup began copying files, after rebooting, i entered information it asked and it restarted 6.after restarting, it crashed , stuck on blue screen
